The following represents the terms and conditions between DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Services Provided by Donneshia Edmond (“Website”, “Owner”, “Service”, “Package”, “Coach”) and You (“your”, “user”, “client”, “visitor” or “viewer”). DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Services Provided by Donneshia Edmond is the owner and creator of website, donneshiaedmond.com. The Website offers these terms and conditions to provide life coaching services safely and securely as set throughout the Website. These terms and conditions shall protect the rights of the Owner and You. These terms and conditions are presented to give understanding to services and its contractual and legalities when entering the Website.
Please read this document carefully and fully as if you are a client and or if you should be a client. In addition, read if you are a user visiting or viewing the Website.

Services and Coaching Calls
The services provided by DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Services Provided by Donneshia Edmond are generally conducted using video call. Yet, if it is agreed between the client and coach, other methods to successfully conduct sessions are offered. Other contact methods include telephone or email. It is agreed coaching calls, video or no video, will be initiated by the client or you.
Coaching
DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Services Provided by Donneshia Edmond is a service designed and created to offer the client the most successful experience and outcome using various methods that will support overall wellness in areas such as emotional, social, relationships, intellectual, spiritual, and personal development. The client understands and accepts the coach will be transparent providing honesty but encouragement to the client throughout the process. The coach will expect the same from the client. The client understands and accept their success will depend on their level of engagement and commitment to doing the work in session and in between sessions. The coach welcomes the client to inform the coach if at any point the coaching process is not working or no longer desired. The client shall also be aware, depending on the timing of this disagreement with the process a refund will not be permitted.
Importantly, DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Services can offer coaching services, but this service should not be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, or psychoanalysis, or substance abuse treatment. DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Services is not to diagnosis the client. The coach will commit to integrity and to do no harm. By act of honesty with the client and if it appears other options such as other professional mental health or psychiatric services are rendered and if the client presents to have more dysfunction and distress than the program or packages are designed to service by this coach, the client will be given recommendation.
Terms of Coaching
Coaching is a process. Although not binding, the client is creating this transformation for themselves whether it takes 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months, etc. It is encouraged the client commits to their term signed up for to refine and sustain the change according to set goal(s). Coaching packages created by DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Services are created as is and will not be altered in any way to satisfy your ideas and completion of the program. As a client initiating and enrolling in the coaching service and you have actively participated in several sessions and then you make the decision to quit the coaching service, sessions that are not used may not be eligible for refund, a credit, or transfer.
Confidentiality
DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Services Provided by Donneshia Edmond fully protects the privacy and confidentiality of the communications with its clients. At no time will the Website voluntarily divulge the coaching relationship between themselves and their clients without written permission from the client, unless required to do so by law.
Coaches Code of Ethics
The coach will act to do no harm towards the client, support the dignity of the client, and integrity of a healthy client-coach relationship.
The coach will respect the cultural diversity of her clients and maintain cultural awareness and sensitivity.
The coach will maintain the confidentiality of the client.
The coach will not release information or disclose information about the client to any parties unless requested or given permission from the client or if mandate by the law.
The coach will maintain a clear coaching agreement or contract explaining expectations and services.
The coach will maintain professional development and accurately identify her credentials, expertise, and experiences.
The coach will be aware of how her own values, attitudes, and beliefs to avoid distracting the client’s own thoughts, beliefs, and ideas.
The coach will act honestly and when there is any indication the client is not benefiting from service the coach will inform the client and or make referral with the client’s consent.
The coach will maintain personal and professional boundaries with the client.
The coach will not abandon the client and will not terminate services with the client without proper notice.
The coach will not mislead the client with false information or claims about the benefits of the services.
Fees
Coaching fees are paid in advance of sessions. Request for payment will be made online or other electronic transaction through PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay, or Square. In the event the client fails to pay any amount due 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, it may be cancelled at the coach’s discretion.
Payment Plans
Within the Website are installment options. However, if you accept installments as an option for payment, shall you engage in default or non-payment, DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Services Provided by Donneshia Edmond will give you seven days including weekends to resolve the situation. If you have any scheduled coaching sessions for the future, these scheduled sessions will be postponed until payment is received within the 7 days. If on the 8th day there is still default, if applicable, all discounts and bonuses will be forfeited, and full payment will apply. The Owner has right to cancel your coaching program or service if default continues after day seven and the cancellation policy or policies will apply.
Program Changes
DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Services Provided by Donneshia Edmond has a right to change, adjust, modify, or cancel any of the programs as considered necessary. The Owner will notify the client or you of this change shall it occur.
Disclaimers
Intellectual Property
Content, information, logos, trademarks are result of creativity and design by the DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Services Provided by Donneshia Edmond . Therefore, all material relating to the Website, service, or program are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All intellectual properties or materials shall not be repurposed, reused, or used, recorded, sold, or reproduced.
Indemnification
If you enter within the Website, service, or package it is voluntarily. With, you understand this entrance is your responsibility. It shall be understood by you that you will seek guidance or advisement from other professionals if you find appropriate before continuing within the Website or initiating service.
Content and Medial/Mental Health Disclaimer
DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Services Provided by Donneshia Edmond has created material and presents information that is of the Owner’s best judgement according to her expertise and to be of benefit and no harm to the client or you. If you shall enter within the Website or service, DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Service Provided by Donneshia Edmond shall not be held liable or responsible with your use of any content, feedback, suggestions, or information within the Website, service, or packages.
Importantly, the content is not intended to substitute for true medical advice regarding medical conditions or disease and or mental health diagnoses. It is the Owner’s recommendation and encouragement to seek advice from your medical or mental health professional with any concerns or questions regarding your condition or possible condition. You shall not take information within the Website as reason to disregard seeking professional advice from your chosen medical or mental health provider because of a piece of content you have read within this Website or received in your service or package.
If you are in crisis or think you may have an emergency, please call your personal physician or 911. Please check your locality or city for non-emergency numbers. For the state of Virginia, you have C.I.T officers who are trained to answer to non-violent calls such that are of mental health in nature.
Conducting of Sessions
Client will be given a link and or number sent by the coach that will allow the conducting of the coaching session. The client agrees to call or use the link provided at the agreed scheduled appointment time. The Coach and client commit to start and finish eachsession on time. There is a 15 minute grace period for a coaching session. Yet, if the client is more than 15 minutes late the coaching session will be cancelled, and the client will not forfeit the sessions fee.
Cancellations
The Owner ask that you give 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change the time of appointment. The Owner will make every effort as well, to re-schedule sessions which are cancelled in a timely manner. Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and/or no‐show appointments are billed to the client for the full amount. If a client continuously cancels (2 appointments) but not in a timely manner the coach will need to end the coaching relationship.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate or cancel this agreement immediately upon notice. You are to give this notice of desire to terminate or cancel in writing or via by email to donneshia.edmond@gmail.com. Upon receiving this notice, your termination will be granted on the date in which the Owner receives the termination. Please be advised that NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, or TRANSFERS pertaining to services initiated by you and paid for shall be refunded.
To say, notwithstanding the foregoing, you shall not be relieved of any obligations to pay fees due to DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Services Provided by Donneshia Edmond solely because of the termination of this Agreement.
Mutual Agreement Cancel or Continue
If you feel at any time services are no longer meeting your needs it is welcomed and encouraged before you cancel or terminate to initiate a discussion with DonneshiaE/Intergrative Coaching Services Provided by Donneshia Edmond to resolve any situation.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL, DonneshiaE/Integrative Coaching Services Provided by Donneshia Edmond BE LIABLE TO CLIENT FOR ANY SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the client, visitor, viewer, or user and the Owner. The Owner shall not be held responsible and shall remain blameless for any adverse or other consequences, including but not limited to financial, personal, employment or other losses, arising out of decisions or actions you may make as a result of the services provided by the coach or visits and views made within the Website.
By entering within the Website as a client, viewer, or visitor these terms and conditions as set above are deemed agreeable and acceptable to you.
